The Sinister Six (シニスター・シックス Shinisutā Shikkusu) were a group of supervillains in the 21st century united in their opposition to Spider-Woman. While the team has had different members in its various iterations over the years, Doctor Octopus generally remained the leader across all versions.
In the Vultroverse, they are formed during Story:Vultro and the Spider-Women, with the intent of obtaining the Infinity Stones before the Avengers.
