Jennifer was born in New York City in 1995. She is a costume designer who, after graduating, created the original costume for Captain Steve Rogers when he volunteered for the Super-Soldier program in 2021. In this reality, Rogers was born in 1993, instead of 1918.
The costume was so well received by Rogers that she began to design costumes for heroes all over the world. Since designing these costumes rose her profile significantly, she started going by the alias Velasca to hide her identity. - Energy Field: When she came into contact with the Techadon devices, she became wrapped within a blue energy field that resembled water. She could manipulate this field, and everything she touched with it. She could manipulate people's emotions, increase her strength and speed, or even fly by creating a bubble around her body.
- Fabric Fabrication: She could also use the field to create and manipulate fabrics, creating different types of clothing out of thin air. Due to the energy field's properties, it made the fabrics she manipulated extremely durable, and gave them a faint blue glow. This skill would be particularly useful in creating superhero costumes.
