Raven the Gray Wolf: Difference between revisions

Raven was born '''Raven Blakesley''', the daughter of [[Clarity Blakesley]] and "Obie the Wolf" (really [[Solidus the Werewolf]]). Born in the Sol Dimension, she exhibited unusually strong link to the [[Sol Emeralds]]. This link became so strong it would draw the attention of Blaze the Cat,the current princess of the [[Sol Empire]], and guardian to the emeralds.  

Blaze would soon offer to train Raven, in the hopes of tapping into the immense potential she sensed in her. Raven would quickly prove her abilities, becoming a fierce warrior attuned to the natural Sol energy of her world. After her father [[Solidus the Werewolf|faked his own death]], she ran away to the imperial palace, and was taken in by Blaze full time.

It was shortly after this time that she learned of an [[Vultroverse|adjacent reality]] to her own, and learned to traverse between the two. Frequenting the rolling hills of [[South Island]], she would soon meet [[Vultro the Fox]], who became her closest friend of that reality.

It is shortly after this that she would accompany Vultro on a [[Planet Eilaela Retold (story)|planned trip to Ethos]]. Against her better judgement, she takes the Sol Emeralds with her, believing they would be safer if they were with her at all times. Knowing about the danger of displacing the emeralds from her dimension for too long, she becomes panicked when the emeralds are hijacked and used by [[Solidus the Werewolf]] and his gang of villains. Indeed, the two worlds nearly suffered an incursion before she was able to regain control of them and return them to the Sol Dimension.

Raven's strong connection to the Sol Emeralds allows her to harness their power, in a similar vein to Blaze's [https://sonic.fandom.com/wiki/Burning_Blaze Burning Blaze]. Giving her a transformation comparable to a Super form, her strength is greatly increased, and she gains the ability to fly. This form is called '''Ravenous Radiance'''.

Her dark grey fur changes to a vibrant purple, with her lighter fur becoming lavender. The cuffs of her gloves and boots set ablaze. Her eyes glow a golden yellow, and she radiates the same flaming red aura as Blaze.  

===Shoten Form===

Due to her being a half-sibling to [[Vultro the Fox]], she also has some connection to the Shoten Crystal, though not enough to normally harness it. However, as seen during [[Planet Eilaela (story)]], combining it with the Sol Emeralds allows her to unlock the crystal's true potential.

Her appearance remains similar to the Ravenous Radiance form, but her red aura is replaced with a flashing rainbow one, similar to a Hyper form. She gains the ability to shoot focused blasts of Sol energy into targets, either to harm them or to power them up.
