Dr. Otto Octavius (オットー・オクタビアス Ottō Okutabiasu), also known as Dr. Octopus, is a scientist and supervillain that is an inhabitant of Earth-7642.
He is the instigator of both Story:Planet Etheria and Story:Vultro and the Spider-Women, and one of the few characters from Earth-7642 known to make contact with the Vultroverse.

- This version of Octavius is most similar to Marvel's main continuity version. This is due to the fact that he originates from Earth-7642, which is very similar to Marvel's Earth-616.
