"Damn it. I can't even get that right."
—Boring John on killing the lead singer of Crave

John Percival Prepwater IV (ジョン・プレプワター Jon Purepuwataa), also known as Boring John, is an accountant and one of the the main antagonists of the upcoming Sam Raimi film Spider-Man: The Other Chronicles. The character was created entirely by AI Dungeon, by asking it for various details.

In the film, he is portrayed by Dane Cook.

History

In the beginning of the film, he is hired by Doctor Connors to assist with physics department's accounting at Columbia University. He starts embezzling money by over-billing the university for lab equipment.

Boring John

One day, Doctor Connors was trying to cross-species a raccoon with a human. The experiment goes horribly wrong, and the raccoon is killed. John is splashed with the raccoon's blood, and then then bitten by one of Doctor Connors' mutant irradiated spiders. The spider/raccoon blood mix gives him his powers.

As Boring John, he has the powers of a raccoon. He is extremely strong and fast, and has a heightened sense of smell and night vision. The name "Boring John" comes from the fact that he doesn't do anything interesting with his new powers. He "just wants to rip out people's throats and eat them."

After hearing of this strange, violent raccoon creature, The Face hires Boring John to kill all celebrities. Boring John kills the lead singer of the band Crave.
