This is a canon page.
Earth-7642, also called the Crossoververse, is a canon reality of the multiverse in which many different heroes and characters from a variety of different universes coexist. Most famously, this is the location of a majority of the Marvel and DC Comics crossovers, though many other characters exist there.
Vultroverse
Though it is never directly visited by any characters from the Vultroverse, its existence as a central intersection point between many different universes is discovered by Solidus the Werewolf in his quest for power. He notices an extreme concentration of cosmic energy at a specific point in space and begins to study it. He discovers that this energy point is the result of something from outside the universe attempting to break through, and that the energy was leaking into the Vultroverse.
As it turns out, the cosmic energy from so many intersecting realities on Earth-7642 began to leak out into the multiverse, something that Otto Octavius realized and exploited to communicate with other universes.
Only one inhabitant of this reality have been known to enter the Vultroverse: Despara. Another, Otto Octavius, is responsible for sending Despara through as well as contacting Solidus the Werewolf about the Infinity Stones.
Time Compression
In Earth-7642, and many other realities containing Marvel superheroes, the passage of time is notably different. They experience time on what has called a sliding timescale. For every four to five years that passes in the Vultroverse (and the real world,) only one year passes in this reality.
The events of Story:Vultro and the Spider-Women take place in 2023, which is roughly 12,000 years in the past of the current Vultroverse. This is actually equivalent to only 3,000 years in the past of Earth-7642.
The current year of the Vultroverse, 14027 CE, is equivalent to 5021 CE in Earth-7642. If Vultro the Fox was to exist in Earth-7642, he would have been born in about 4997 CE. These numbers will update in 2021.

Trivia
- The existence of the Crossoververse in relation to the Vultroverse is an easy way to explain the existence of alternate universe characters that originate from other fandoms/realities that aren't Sonic related.
